En plus du dépoussiérage, du détachage des murs et du lavage des planchers ainsi que des fenêtres, nos spécialistes vont s’assurer de passer dans tous les coins et identifier et nettoyer : Moisissures légères, amas de déchets et dépoussiérage des stores verticaux.
LES RETOUCHES – L’ESTHÉTIQUE
Petites réparations de stucs, retouches de peintures, fixation, réparations et ajout des poignées et boutons de vos armoires, portes ou tiroirs(1). Réparation esthétique, par retouche de peinture, de comptoir de cuisine, linoléum, parquet, plancher, marches.
HOME STAGING
Un incontournable. Il est indiqué que vous avez 90 secondes pour séduire votre acheteur. Nous feront avec ce qui est déjà sur place. Aucuns nouveaux achats de meubles, aucune location additionnelle d’accessoires de décoration. L’imagination de nos spécialistes utiliseront le contenu intégral de de votre maison.

INTÉRIEUR
Remplacement de poignées-boutons, de couvre fenêtre (rideaux-stores). Lavage des tapis, des rideaux, de l’intérieur appareils ménagers (réfrigérateur, four).
EXTÉRIEUR
Fixation de déclin de vinyle, corniche, rampes. Peinture de l’asphalte et désherbage des blocs-bétons (pavé-unis). Désherbage des plates-bandes.
